RALEIGH 7/07/2023 11:10 PM -- The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing child: Rhy'Lea Dior Tyler.

Rhy'Lea Dior Tyler is a 3-year-old, Black, Female, approximately 2 feet tall, weighing 30 pounds. She has Brown hair, and Brown eyes. Cheeks are chubby, possibly a mosquito bite on left cheek

The victim is believed to be with: Stephanie Lee Spencer.

Stephanie Lee Spencer is described as 54 years old, Black, Female, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 230 pounds. She has Black hair, and Brown eyes. Hair is red/brown and black subject walks with a limp with her left pinky finger always bent.
