Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Johnna Joyce Linnens, who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.

Linnens is known to drive a white Mitsubishi Outlander Sport (NC Tag VAB-1766). Linnens may be with a Hispanic male known as Rigoberto Cruz (H/M, 2/16/1981), who has been charged with assaulting her in the past. Linnens is known to carry a firearm in her vehicle.
