Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Timothy Floyd Newsome, who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.

Location of Incident:
Mr. Newsome lives in Black Mountain on Peridot Pt. He was last seen by his brother Oscar Newsome on June 14th around 2000 hrs after he had wandered to the West Black Mountain Dollar General Store which is near Newsome's house. It is believed that he may be heading towards Andrews Geyser in McDowell County. Cpl. Duyck from Black Mountain Police noticed Mr. Newsome walking around E State St and Scotland St around 0700 hrs before he had been reported missing.
