Iris Everly-Marie Fargis is a 1-year-old, White, Female, approximately 2 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 23 pounds. She has Brown hair, and Brown eyes. Orange in color Halloween shirt with a white ghost on front, Black in color tights with jackolanterns, lollpops and worms on same.

The victim is believed to be with : Tyler Ray Toodle.

Tyler Ray Toodle is described as 26 years old, White, Male, 6 feet tall, weighing 175 pounds. He has brown hair, and blue eyes. Tattoo left arm "336" in blue ink, Tattoo "Respect" on right forearm, Tattoo "My Sisters Protector" on left arm, Tattoo "$" in red ink on right forearm, acne scars and scabs on face

751 Hanner Rd., Randleman, NC 27317, unknow direction of travel. Has ties to Sampson County, Caswell County and Alamance County. The vehicle is a Black 2018 Honda Civic with NC license tag number JMS6500. The vehicle is described as dark tinted windows.
